English Girl Weds Ex-GI

Carthage In a ceremony performed Monday as 3 pm at the home of Justice of the Peace Christian N. Schmid, Elizabeth Ainsworth, West Hartley-Pool, England became the bride of Onzalo Cahill, son of Mr. and Mrs. John E. Cahill, Natural Brides.

Attendants were Mr. and Mrs. George Smith of Carthage. The bride attended schools at West Hartley-Pool county Durhan, in Northern England and was employed as a shop assistant in chain stores in London. Mr. Cahill met his bride at a Red Cross dance at Knight Bridge in London, where he was stationed with the Ninth Air Force.

After two and one-half years service with the Air Force in England, Mr. Cahill was discharged from the Armed Forces July 23, 1945.
